The M47 Phoenix is the cheapest model within the Kinu family, but does not compromise on quality and precision.
As with all other Kinu grinders, precision and design are high on the agenda for the Phoenix. Both the grinding axis and the crank mechanism are supported by four bearings, which literally enables smooth grinding. The grinding level can be continuously adjusted in just a few steps and is located on 10 levels with 50 graduations. You cannot adjust a hand grinder more precisely than this. Kinu has installed conical 47mm grinding discs inside, which deliver consistently excellent grinding results.
The Phoenix feels very high-quality in the hand with its body made of smooth aluminum and plastic in the upper part. The bean container holds 30g and is attached with an O-ring, making it practical to use.

Nachdem ich Lage gehadert habe, ob die Maschine wirklich was taugt, habe ich es gewagt. Das Ding ist wirklich sensationell! Mit frischem Kaffee und den 20 Bar Druck bekomme ich einen Espresso hin, den ein Profi nicht von einem Siebträger-Espresso unterscheiden könnte.
Auch die Verarbeitung und Akkuleistung ist sensationell, vor allem wenn man zu Hause bereits heißes Wasser reinkippen, kann. Dann hält der Akku jenseits von 100 Kaffees. 🥳
