We usually ship within one working day. Packages within Germany will arrive between 2 and 4 days after payment.

Free* and lightning fast

We want to make shopping sustainable and convenient without neglecting economic efficiency (of course). That's why we offer free shipping for orders over 39€, but unfortunately we have to charge for returns

Shipping with head

We ship products from the location closest to the recipient's address. This saves us a few kilograms of CO2 and at the same time, your desired product reaches you faster.

What you always wanted to know about our shipping.

When will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries within Germany usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days. The only exceptions to this are deliveries to German islands, for example. You can easily track your delivery via your order page. You will usually receive a tracking number within a few hours of ordering.

Which shipping provider do you use to deliver?

We have had our best experience with Hermes so far, as well as the best price-performance ratio. This means that we ship via Hermes as standard.

If you wish, we can also ship with any other shipping service provider for an additional charge. Please write your request in the order so that we can contact you.

You can easily choose your shipping method in the checkout.
If no dedicated shipping service provider is specified (e.g. "standard shipping" is stated there), then this means Hermes is the shipping provider.

How much is the shipping?

We ship your order within Germany free of charge for orders over 39€.

For lower order values we charge a flat rate of €4.50 nationally.

We charge for return shipping because, as a small company with a desire for sustainability while operating economically, there is simply no other option for us, and returns have a very large share of negative environmental impacts that are partly avoidable.

Where do you ship to?

We ship orders to you throughout the EU. Depending on the country, we have to charge appropriate shipping costs.

We offer special rates for shipping to Austria and the Czech Republic.

We send all packages insured and with tracking

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been processed internally, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. You can then track the shipment either directly via Hermes tracking or on the order confirmation that you receive by email. Please note: The tracking sometimes takes a little time to become up to date. Please wait about one working day after you have received the tracking number until an update arrives.

Where can I contact you if I need to change my order?

Either write to us using the contact form on the contact page or send us an email directly to info@brewout.de. We usually respond within a few hours, but definitely within a day.

How long can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied, or the order was not intended, or you wish to initiate a return for other reasons, you have 30 days to return your order at your own expense without giving any reason. We will then refund the costs as soon as it has arrived undamaged. Please note that you must return the products carefully in their original packaging, ideally in the shipping box, and that we must first check the condition of the return before we can issue a refund.

My item is defective, what can I do?

Of course, you can complain about your order in the event of a defect or warranty claim. In this case, there are two options: We will send you a replacement at our own expense and with express delivery. We will refund your order and the money accordingly. In both cases, we would be happy to receive a return shipment (at our expense) of the products, as we would like to check them and, if necessary, make a complaint to the manufacturer.

My order hasn't arrived - what can I do?

Unfortunately, in very rare cases, individual packages disappear or our shipping service provider cannot deliver them. If this is the case, please contact us at any time by email at info@brewout.de. We can then arrange for tracking, report a loss or request further delivery information from our shipping service provider.

Wie viel kostet der internationale Versand?

Wir versenden grundsätzlich in jedes Mitgliedsland der EU. Die Versandkosten variieren hier je nach Produkt und Land. Für einige Produkte bieten wir auch international kostenfreien Versand an.

Wenn möglich nutzen wir auch hier unseren Versanddienstleister Hermes für Pakete nach Österreich, für alle anderen Länder nutzen wir DHL.

Wie kann ich meine Bestellung zurückgeben?

Du hast, wie in unserem Widerrufsrecht festgelegt, eine 14 tägige Rückgabefrist. D.h. du kannst dein bei uns gekauftes Produkt bis zu 14 Tage nach Erhalt des Produktes ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückgeben.

Das einzige, was du dabei beachten musst, ist, dass du die Kosten für eine freiwillige Rückgabe selbst tragen musst.

Auch als internationaler Kunde wollen wir dich nicht schlechter stellen, als unsere nationalen Kunden. Daher berechnen wir auch bei internationalen Retouren stets nur den inländischen Retouren-Tarif. Also zahlst du auch für eine Bestellung aus Österreich bspw. nur 4,50€ Rückversand für ein Päckchen, anstelle der anfallenden 9,90€. Das halten wir für fair und angemessen.
