The Multi Purpose grinding discs are designed to minimize extremely fine particles regardless of the brewing method.
Thanks to a thin layer of titanium aluminum carbon nitride (TiAICN, also known as Red Speed), heat transfer is minimized, helping to preserve the flavor of your coffee. Durability is also significantly increased. You can expect these burrs to grind over 5,000 kilograms of coffee before you need a new pair.
We especially recommend these grinders if you want to prepare both filter coffee and espresso.
With the Red Speed multipurpose grinding discs, you always achieve outstanding extraction quality, regardless of your preferred brewing method.
Safety notice: Installing or modifying your grinding discs is done at your own risk and requires proper tools and experience. This process will shift the zero point of your grinder – therefore, carefully approach the new zero point and readjust afterward to avoid damaging the grinder and discs. With different models that are listed as compatible, it may be necessary to make changes to the grinder settings, for example, because the height of the SSP grinding discs differs from that of the standard grinding discs.

Nachdem ich Lage gehadert habe, ob die Maschine wirklich was taugt, habe ich es gewagt. Das Ding ist wirklich sensationell! Mit frischem Kaffee und den 20 Bar Druck bekomme ich einen Espresso hin, den ein Profi nicht von einem Siebträger-Espresso unterscheiden könnte.
Auch die Verarbeitung und Akkuleistung ist sensationell, vor allem wenn man zu Hause bereits heißes Wasser reinkippen, kann. Dann hält der Akku jenseits von 100 Kaffees. 🥳
